XXIV Jornadas de la Asociación Proyecto Hombre ”Encuentro internacional en inserción sociolaboral"

Objectives

• To facilitate the presentation, exchange and visibility of successful policies and experiences in the field of transnational social and labour insertion with people with addiction problems in treatment and/or other situations of risk and/or social exclusion and, in particular, those developed under the POISES Programme.
• To promote reflection and deepening of active employment policies.
• To facilitate the awareness of professionals on the need for transversal implementation in their professional practice of actions that take into account equal opportunities.
• To foster the exchange of information and successful transnational experiences of professionals working in the area of social and labour insertion with people in situation or risk of social exclusion, promoting mutual learning in the field of active inclusion, and especially of those projects carried out in the framework of POISES.
• To favour the dissemination of the reflections, knowledge and good practices of the conferences among European professionals from NGOs, public administrations and companies.
• Promote the awareness of the society about the need to promote the social and labour insertion of groups at risk or in social exclusion, and their knowledge about the actions and results of the projects developed in the framework of POISES, especially in the INSOLA project.
• Generate a space for learning and visibility of the work that PH and other national and international organisations develop, with special attention to those initiatives carried out in the framework of the social and labour insertion of POISES.
• To share reflection, training and good practices.   
• To present to society the work that PH has carried out in its work integration project in collaboration with the ESF (INSOLA) at a press conference, which will raise awareness on this issue and disseminate the project and the results that have been achieved.
